Dr. Olusoji O. Ilori

Dr. Olusoji O. Ilori is a senior lecturer and acting Head of Department in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife. He earned his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from OAU in electronic and electrical engineering and later conducted postdoctoral research at MIT’s Microsystems Technology Laboratories (2018–2020). His teaching and research span electronic materials, semiconductor devices, nanoelectronics, and related areas, with a focus on developing advanced electronic systems for information and energy processing. A Spring 2018 MIT-ETT fellow, Dr. Ilori has leveraged global collaborations to enhance his curriculum and research capacity. He uses his broad expertise to mentor engineers in cutting-edge electronics research and to harmonize teaching, research, and community service for maximal impact.
