Prof. David Allenotor is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE). A Fall 2015 MIT-ETT Fellow, he is an expert in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Distributed Systems. His research occupies a unique niche at the intersection of computer science and financial modeling. He specializes in developing Financial Option Models to price cloud and grid computing resources, ensuring fair and efficient allocation in large-scale distributed environments. His work also extends to computational intelligence, with applications in face detection algorithms and automated scheduling systems. Prof. Allenotor holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, Canada. He is dedicated to advancing the study of complex algorithms and software engineering in Nigeria’s specialized petroleum university context.
