Dr. Nkwachukwu Chukwuchekwa is an Associate Professor and Acting Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at FUTO. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cardiff University, UK (2012). He was a Total/Google/MIT-ETT Fellow in 2014. His research interests include AI, machine learning, wireless communication, and IoT architecture for smart homes. He has authored over 70 research articles and is a recipient of multiple grants, including a TETFUND National Research Fund grant for intelligent drone development.
